This film is about a street savvy urban youth "Mack" who has great aspirations of becoming a Hip Hop Star. In four short days his life is changed forever when the chance of a lifetime is dropped in his lap. Little does he know that this opportunity could cost him his life! Mack lives in Dallas TX with his Mama who he now has a tense relationship with. He blames her for his sister’s disappearance, whom they haven’t heard from in months. He’s well known in the hood for bootlegging cds and dvds while chasing his music dreams and trying to stay out of trouble. His budding relationship with an older college girl brings true romance into his playa lifestyle. Mack’s gangsta cousin, recently released from prison, runs into him and promises to help him become a rap star. Soon after, drama unfolds when Mack witnesses his cousin involved in a drive by shooting of an old friend. His cousin talks Mack into taking a trip with the promise of a record deal. Mack decides this is a ride he can’t turn down; never knowing this could be the last ride of his short young life. PG13
